Provided an estimate very quickly and was able to start the work in about 2 weeks. His initial estimate was not specific enough and I asked for a more detailed estimate which he provided . I was very happy with the quality of the work and would certainly hire Mr Sousa again. The cost was comparative with other electricians in the area.

Tom was very professional and contacted me within minutes of submitting the request. He arrived exactly on time for both the estimate and actual work. His staff (Shawn and Jonathan) were very friendly and professional as well. They performed the work quickly and quietly and everything looks and works great. All my questions were answered and they even were adept at interacting with my grandmother (she gets very confused these days). They never assumed what i wanted and asked for clarifications when necessary. No mess left behind! I will definitely be recommending Souza Electrical to everyone. Excellent, excellent service.

Showed up when he said he would and performed all worked required to change out electrical panel from a 100 amp to a 200 amp service. They cleaned up all materials and debris, swept area clean removed everything when they left. Pricing was the best and they explained everything that was included in the price. Very nice to work with and wiring inspector was very impressed with the quality of work performed.
